PILATES REFORMER – OPEN GYM

This is your chance to workout independently, developing your Pilates practice at your own pace and following your preferred repertoire.

If you prefer to follow our structured workout, you can chose any of our video-on-demand Reformer classes  and follow the class on your mobile device with wireless headphones.

An instructor will be on-hand in the studio at all times to answer any questions but for this session, you are in charge!

PILATES CIRCUIT

The Pilates Circuit is an intense 45 minute fitness class for the whole body.

The format of the class will see you working out in a circuit between the Reformer, Combo Chair, Fuse Ladder and Orbit… and maybe a few Mat exercises for good measure too.

If you love Reformer Pilates you will love the Circuit.

REFORMER PILATES

This is a 50 minute Contemporary Reformer Pilates workout.
